Cookies and statistics
This site uses no cookies and no profiling tools. To know how many people visit it and which pages they read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying visitors. No consent is needed to browse it.
The cart
The wines and oil you put in the cart, and the first name, last name, town and notes you write in the form, stay only in your browser (localStorage), so you do not have to type them again. They reach us only when you send the message by WhatsApp or email. You can delete them by emptying the cart or clearing the site's data in your browser.
Technical data
Like any website, the hosting service may log technical data about requests (IP address, browser, page requested) for security and to run the service. We do not use it to identify visitors.
When you contact us
If you email, message or call us, we use the data you give us only to reply and, if you buy or book, to handle the order or stay and meet tax obligations. We do not share it with anyone for other purposes.
Bookings
Farm stay bookings are made on an external site, which has its own privacy notice.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to info@damerini.it. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
